Seaside Rejuvenation Retreat


My weekend retreats are tailored to meet individuals specific needs.

To ensure maximum personal attention they are limited to 2 people.

The retreats are made up of the following:

  • Yoga asana correction

  • Meditation

  • Ayurvedic treatments

  • Personal diet advice

  • Ayurvedic cooking

Below is an example schedule for the weekend which can of course be tailored to ensure it meets your personal needs:


  • Yoga & meditation (at the beach weather permitting)

Break for lunch…..

Why not take a stroll along the prom, taking in the fresh, clean sea air and maybe even go for a swim? Or perhaps enjoy some retail therapy in Brighton’s famous North Lanes area, a little oasis of calm housing an eclectic mix of interesting, independent outlets. There are funky & unique clothing shops, music stores …. health food cafes, organic restaurants, or you may stumble across an impromptu open market.

Lunch and dinner comprising wholesome Ayurvedic food is included and this too can be discussed to ensure it meets your specific dietary needs.

All meals are accompanied with a selection of home baked Ayurvedic breads, eg . Ashwaganda, Shatavari, Brahmi, which are aids to strength, rejuvenation and brain function respectively.

To start:

  • Spiced mung bean soup

  • Turmeric spiced sweet potato & coconut soup

  • Salads eg. Sweet corn, pineapple and bell pepper with fresh coriander

Main course:


  • Coconut pudding with cinnamon

  • Fruit salad


Additional treatments available (using Ayurvedic oils)

  • Full body massage (1 hr) £45

  • Back (40 mins) £35

  • Head & neck (30 mins) £25

  • Ayurvedic facepacks £8

  • Pindasvedana (hot herbal bags), to release muscle tension

The past few days have been challenging, illuminating and most important a jump start to my

The weekend retreat was wonderful, a huge thank you.

It was so restful and interesting ….it really made us think about things you talked to us about.

I think food wise we believed we ate fairly healthy already, but it’s made us consider how often the “slip-up’s” are! Also how incorporating even a few ayurvedic principles could really benefit us.

With the yoga you have given me a lot to think about in particular…. I cannot get it out of my head how good my back felt after the second lesson. Not something I can ignore.
