After you know which main elements you are made of, you will find it very easy to use your self-knowledge to improve your life. Zodiac Yoga will give you another tool to learn about yourself. It is based on the moon phases and makes you aware of your physical and emotional stages throughout the month. The retreats will be a combination of Ayurvedic treatments, Yoga and spiritual teachings based in India, France and the UK. Personal Trainer

I am trained in both Western and Eastern medicine, diet regime and physical practice I can therefore advise you how to:

  • loose weight
  • improve muscle power
  • increase energy level
  • prevent disease

I follow the principles of Ayurveda, an Indian medical system, which is 60% preventative rather than curative. Ayurveda believes that diet and exercise are medicine and that the right combination will help to prevent disease and produce a difference within 2 weeks. Exercise in conjunction with the ideal food for your specific constitution will improve and optimise your health.

Yoga, Chi Gong and power walking are a perfect combination to improve endurance, strength and vital energy, leaving you feeling both relaxed and powerful.

How it works

Firstly, I would meet you to find out what you're made of and what makes you tick. After that we will work together to identify the best food and fitness regime for you.

After that I can provide constant support on your diet and lifestyle with follow sessions. So its up to you to find the motivation to train with me on a regular basis.
